Hailing from Greenville, SC, the Night Owls specialize in smooth, feel-good yacht rock with a modern twist.  Inspired by the sun-soaked sounds of the late ‘70s and early ‘80s, they deliver silky grooves, polished harmonies and laid- back rhythms that capture the golden era of soft rock.

Since dropping out of college in 2007, Jacob Johnson has journeyed across the country in six minivans (so far), captivating audiences with his highly caffeinated brand of acoustic guitar playing. Known for his energetic performances, Jacob has had the privilege of sharing the stage with Grammy winners like Tommy Emmanuel, and Victor Wooten, as well as esteemed musicians including Phil Keaggy, Marcus King, and Tim Reynolds.

Beyond his guitar prowess, Jacob has proven himself as a talented songwriter, garnering recognition with multiple prestigious awards.

Jacob currently resides in Greenville, SC with his wife Jessica. In addition to his busy touring schedule, Jacob is an adjunct guitar faculty member at North Greenville University. Yes, that is the college he dropped out of.

Formed by a group of longtime friends and family men, the band’s name is a nod to their real-life roles as fathers who never gave up on their love of music. Singer/songwriter Lola Grace has been a music lover all her life. She brings a new edge to the stage with energetic performances and a commanding presence. Her sultry vocal tone and the soulfulness in her delivery combine with the music to create a powerful sound.
